<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Porsche Mission X Concept : vers une supercar électrique</h2>



<p>Après les Porsche 959, Carrera GT et 918 Spyder, c&rsquo;est une nouvelle génération de supercar Porsche qui approche avec la Mission X. Le nom est traditionnel des concepts de la marque, après les Mission E &#8211; devenue <a href="https://lenouvelautomobiliste.fr/essais/241552/essai-porsche-taycan-turbo-lessence-de-la-marque/">Taycan</a>&#8211; et <a href="https://lenouvelautomobiliste.fr/actualites/salons/salon-de-munich-2021/242538/live-munich-2021-porsche-mission-r-concept/" data-type="post" data-id="242538">Mission R</a> -appelée à devenir une compétition monotype. </p>



<p>C&rsquo;est ainsi que Porsche annonce se positionner en rival des Maserati MC20 Folgore, Lotus Eviya, mais aussi de la Rimac Nevera (Rimac étant son partenaire au sein de Bugatti et du groupe Volkswagen), la Pininfarina Battista (sur technologie Rimac) ou encore la chinoise HongQi S9, dessinée par Walter de Silva, ancien grand directeur du style du groupe Volkswagen. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Mission X : pour célébrer 75 ans d&rsquo;histoire</h2>



<p>L&rsquo;autre but de ce concept anniversaire est de marquer les 75 ans de Porsche avec un prototype tout sauf sorti d&rsquo;un futur évanescent, réaliste esthétiquement et doté d&rsquo;un intérieur complet, et qui semble parfaitement fonctionnel. Si l&rsquo;on n&rsquo;en connaît pas encore les caractéristiques techniques, tout juste sait-on que les batteries sont situées derrière le cockpit et que les rumeurs envisagent une puissance de 1 700 ch. L&rsquo;aérodynamique est soignée avec un aileron intégré au fuselage arrière, et des rétroviseurs caméras.</p>

<p>Comme pour tout électrique, le poids est l&rsquo;ennemi d&rsquo;où le choix de jantes en magnésium (comme les première 2 CV de 1939 !) ainsi que d&rsquo;une structure en fibre de carbone pour la cellule centrale. Mais le chic demeure avec le bloc moteur demeure visible sous vitrine, et un habitacle tout de cuir tendu. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Bientôt en production ? </h2>



<p>Tout porte à croire&#8230; que oui. Le style est réaliste, les solutions techniques ne sont pas indépassables (surtout quand on a Rimac comme partenaire direct au sein du même groupe). La décision finale serait prise d&rsquo;ici quelques mois mais le contexte est porteur, avec de la concurrence pour se mesurer (Maserati, Lotus, Hongqi mais aussi Nio ou Aspark et le futur Tesla Roadster II) et le large mouvement d&rsquo;électrification en cours des productions, même si Porsche est aussi aux avant-postes des e-Fuels pour assurer la survie des moteurs thermiques.</p>



<p>Reste à savoir si la Porsche Mission X Concept n&rsquo;est pas aussi le premier modèle prêt à relancer une fois de plus le combat des chefs avec Ferrari et McLaren : déjà en 2010, c&rsquo;est Porsche avec la 918 Spyder Concept qui avait lancé les hostilités sur des supercars hybrides ; trois ans plus tard, le modèle de série arrivait aux côtés de LaFerrari et P1&#8230; Perspective enthousiasmante s&rsquo;il en est de voir de nouveau ces constructeurs se livrer une bataille technologique, 100 % électrique cette fois !</p>

<p><em>Amateurs de design et d&rsquo;histoire, DS Automobiles vous régale avec la présentation du concept-car DS E-Tense Performance, une étude de style dont le style reprend en réalité les traits du concept-car DS E-Tense de 2016 ! Un hommage, 6 ans plus tard, qui sonne comme une réalité : oui, DS pourrait bien avoir bientôt une supercar dans sa gamme !</em></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="ds-e-tense-performance-le-retour-du-concept-car-initiatique">DS E-Tense Performance : le retour du concept-car initiatique</h2>



<p>Souvenez-vous, en 2016 : DS Automobiles avait à peine un an en tant que marque indépendante, et n&rsquo;avait pas encore lancé son premier modèle en propre, le DS 7 Crossback. La marque dévoilait au Salon de Genève une étude de style de supercar électrique, qui tirait parti de l&rsquo;acquisition par PSA d&rsquo;Exagon Motors : l&rsquo;étude E-Tense. Une belle petite sportive, compacte (4,72 m tout de même), vert amétrine jusqu&rsquo;à son bord, avec un style aussi râblé que fluide. Un contre-pied aussi à l&rsquo;Alpine A110, qui allait voir le jour l&rsquo;année suivante au même endroit, alors que ces deux marques ont chacune un pygmalion commun, Carlos Tavares.</p>



<p>DS a de la mémoire et c&rsquo;est tant mieux : le style reparti du même point et conserve son style vert. Du recyclage comme dit <a href="https://lignesauto.fr/?p=23916" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lignes Auto</a> ? Oui, elle n&rsquo;est pas verte pour rien, mais qui permet de constater l&rsquo;évolution du style DS vers des traits plus rectilignes, moins de courbes, toujours autant de diodes  (800 pour les optiques) et une calandre pleine magnifiée par un écran à effet de profondeur holographique. Notez aussi l&rsquo;arrivée du sponsor TotalEnergies, comme s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;une voiture de course. D&rsquo;ailleurs&#8230; </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="puissance-multipliee-par-2">Puissance multipliée par 2 ! </h2>



<p>&#8230;c&rsquo;est une voiture de course que cette DS E-Tense Performance ! Si elle repart d&rsquo;une ligne connue, la base technique, elle, est comme <a href="https://lenouvelautomobiliste.fr/actualites/salons/salon-de-geneve-2020/55917/ds-aero-sport-lounge-le-concept-car-ds-du-salon-de-geneve/" data-type="post" data-id="55917">les précédentes études de la marque</a>, reprise de la monoplace de Formule E FE-21 que sponsorise TotalEnergies. Par rapport à la DS E-Tense première du nom, la puissance passe de 407 à 815 ch. Tout simplement une multiplication par 2 car l&rsquo;E-Tense embarque en effet 2 moteurs électriques pour devenir une 4 roues motrices : 600 kW, à raison de 350 kW à l&rsquo;arrière et 250 kW à l&rsquo;avant. Pensez, 600 kW alors que la plus grosse batterie de DS en série aujourd&rsquo;hui, ce sont les 100 kW d&rsquo;un DS 3 E-Tense ! </p>



<p>Les progrès viennent, et viennent vite, et voient aussi le 0 à 100 km/h passer sous les 2 secondes, grâce à un couple impossible à définir (camionnesque est trop faible : digne d&rsquo;un Rafale catapulté sur le pont d&rsquo;envol ?) : 8 000 Nm répartis sur les 2 essieux ! Pas d&rsquo;information sur l&rsquo;autonomie pour l&rsquo;instant même si l&rsquo;on reparle là encore de TotalEnergies, le concepteur de la batterie par l&rsquo;entremise de Saft, avec refroidissement liquide et possibilité de charge jusqu&rsquo;à 350 kW, avec une capacité de seulement 25 kWh. Pourquoi ? Car DS mise sur une recharge au freinage de l&rsquo;énergie cinétique, puisque c&rsquo;est une voiture de course. On est donc loin d&rsquo;une technologie transposable pour l&rsquo;autoroute mais ces valeurs sont impressionnantes, à l&rsquo;exception du fait que ce n&rsquo;est pour l&rsquo;instant encore&#8230; qu&rsquo;un concept-car. </p>

<p>Car oui, même avec des lignes inchangées en six ans pour sa structure, et élégamment remodelées pour les optiques, rien n&rsquo;indique que cette DS sera un jour intégrée à la gamme de la marque. Par son style, peut-être pas mais par ses technologies en revanche, cette E-Tense Performance arrivera un jour en production car toutes les prochaines DS seront électriques à partir de 2024. Et la marque répète son intention de transférer les technologies imaginées pour la course dans ses modèles de série à hautes performances.</p>

<p><em>La Dendrobium D- 1 est une hypercar imaginée par une start-up basée à Singapour, Vanda Electrics. Aux dernières 24 Heures du Mans était exposé le prototype D-1 XP2 devant l&rsquo;hospitalité de Michelin. Sa couleur verte autant que ses portes ouvertes telles des ailes d&rsquo;oiseaux ne laissent pas indifférent, et on pourrait la retrouver dans quelques années sur la piste Mancelle.</em></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dendrobium D-1 : bientôt en championnat Hypercar ?</h2>



<p>Avec le règlement Hypercar pensé par l&rsquo;ACO, la Dendrobium D-1 pourrait parfaitement s&rsquo;engager en piste. Pensée pour être électrique ou hybride dès l&rsquo;origine, elle n&rsquo;a plus guère besoin que d&rsquo;être adaptée à un usage intensif sur piste, et ce dès l&rsquo;horizon 2020/2021. Un sacré bout de chemin pour un projet qui était à l&rsquo;état de maquette à Genève en 2017. </p>



<p>Entre temps, la voiture a vu son aérodynamique impressionnante développée en partie par Peter Stevens, l&rsquo;un des pères de la McLaren F1,. Ses pneus sont des Michelin inédits (Pilot Sport Cup 2R). Malgré ses batteries, la Dendrobium D-1 ne pèse que 1750 kg grâce à l&rsquo;usage massif de fibre de carbone. Sous le capot arrière, le moteur électrique développe 1800 ch et 2400 Nm de couple pour abattre le 0 à 100 km/h en environ 2 secondes&#8230; Mais c&rsquo;est loin toutefois de la réglementation Hypercar (1100 kg / 750 ch max).</p>



<p>Avec un volume de production de 50 unités par an, la Dendrobium D-1 restera rare, très rare. D&rsquo;autant qu&rsquo;à 1 million de livres hors taxe, elle réclamera un certain effort financier. D&rsquo;ici là, la technologie aura peut-être évolué et l&rsquo;actuelle autonomie (450 km) comme la V-Max (340 km/h) auront encore cru.</p>
