<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Skoda Vision RS Concept : la Golf façon tchèque</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Au Mondial de l&rsquo;Auto 2018, Skoda annonce autant son présent avec le Kodiaq RS que son futur avec cette étude Vision RS. L&rsquo;enjeu est de taille : battre le record de 1,2 million d&rsquo;unités écoulées atteint en 2017 pour tranquillement s&rsquo;acheminer vers 1,5 million&#8230; ou plus d&rsquo;ici 2020. Pour y parvenir, le dernier marché non-encore conquis par Skoda est le segment C dit des compactes, où règnent les Peugeot 308, Renault Mégane ou Volkswagen Golf. Jusqu&rsquo;à présent discrètement occupée par la Skoda Rapid Spaceback, adaptation 5-portes d&rsquo;une berline à bas-coûts partagée avec Seat, cette place reviendra demain au modèle qui découlera de la Vision RS.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Au programme, un style musclé, fait des lignes tendues et d&rsquo;optiques froncées. On peut lire dans cette étude le futur style de la voiture, tant Skoda a pour habitude de traduire en série ses concept-cars. La calandre se fait plus basse et plus verticale, mais les flancs conservent les nervures des Superb et Kodiaq. A l&rsquo;arrière, l&rsquo;abandon de la signature en C passe par des optiques horizontales qui ne sont pas sans rappeler celles de la dernière Ford Focus. Petit clin d’œil « historique », la baie vitrée tombe bas, comme sur la Rapid Spaceback. C&rsquo;est bien le seul hommage qu&rsquo;on puisse constater. L&rsquo;esprit RS passe par une large barre rouge dans le pare-chocs arrière.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Avec&nbsp;4,36 m de long, 1,43 mde haut pour 1,81 m de large, la Vision RS a déjà des proportions réalistes. Reste à traduire cela en série à un horizon proche. Même chose mécaniquement où la chaîne de traction hybride essence, qui mêle le 1,5 turbo de 150 ch à une unité hybride de 95 ch pour 245 ch cumulés et un 0 à 100 km/h en 7 secondes, dessine déjà les traits d&rsquo;une future version VRS de cette compacte tchèque.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Skoda Kodiaq RS</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Il est annoncé depuis un long moment ce Skoda Kodiaq RS. On a suivi ses pérégrinations et son record (dans une catégorie bien à lui) sur le Nürburgring avec Sabine Schmitz au volant et depuis il s&rsquo;effeuille lentement pour nous proposer un strip-tease&#8230; qui prendra bientôt fin. Le SUV flanqué du logo sportif de la marque nous a ainsi révélé ces derniers jours ses sketchs officiels, ses jantes de 20 pouces, sa petite grille de calandre, son profil (qu&rsquo;on connaissait déjà), son intérieur et même son popotin. C&rsquo;est chaud !</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Le Kodiaq RS sera une proposition relativement inédite dans la catégorie cherchant à lier un peu tous les segments (SUV, Familiale, Sportive). Motorisé par un bi-TDI 2 litres de 240 ch et 500 Nm de couple, il offrira des performances plus qu&rsquo;honorables et insiste d&rsquo;ailleurs dans ses détails de style sur son côté résolument sportif. L&rsquo;intérieur se pare ainsi de cuir et d&rsquo;Alacantara, de surpiqûres rouges, d&rsquo;un volant à méplat, de sièges sports et, bien entendu, d&rsquo;un logo RS.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Skoda Vision RS Concept</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Skoda insistera d&rsquo;ailleurs lourdement sur le sport pour cette édition du Mondial, puisque l&rsquo;autre véhicule que la parque présentera sera aussi siglé RS. Il s&rsquo;agira du concept Skoda Vision RS qui préfigure très largement la future Rapid Spaceback. Les lignes que les sketchs officiels révèlent ne sont toutefois pas particulièrement surprenantes ni même vraiment innovantes. La Vision RS se montrera assez consensuelle en reprenant des traits plutôt classiques quoique volontairement démonstratifs d&rsquo;un point de vue sportif, show-car oblige. Attention aussi ici à l’exagération de certains aspects liée à la nature même d&rsquo;un sketch.</p>
