<p><a href="https://lenouvelautomobiliste.fr/reveal/scout-traveler-scout-terra/">Adrien vous en avait déjà parlé il y a deux mois </a>mais le voici officiellement lancé. Le Scout sera hybride, c’est une grande nouvelle et le reflet d’une (r)évolution à venir. Enfin le réalisme semble de mise concernant le tout électrique et les gros/grands véhicules utilitaires.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Le Scout, un design intérieur classique et chaleureux</h2>



<p>Coté design intérieur, je vous laisse regarder les photos qui sont bien plus parlantes que de longs discours. Une ambiance bien dans l&rsquo;air du temps entre garnissage en plastique de bois et tissus façon serpillère recyclée. Malgré la présence d&rsquo;écrans, Scout insiste sur la présence de commandes physiques pour la climatisation. On appréciera aussi l&rsquo;immense toit ouvrant en toile. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Le Scout, un design extérieur original</h2>



<p>On peut parler de design segmentant, mais je regrette un peu l&rsquo;absence de ce qui faisait une grande partie du charme de son grand-père. Des phares avant ronds et une belle calandre chromée. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Le Scout côté technique </h2>



<p>Le Scout Traveler (le SUV de la gamme) annonce pouvoir remorquer plus de 3500 kg et plus de 5000 kg &nbsp;pour le Scout Terra, la version pick-up de la gamme. Ils auront tous deux près de 1000 kg de charge utile.</p>



<p>Le 0 à 100 devrait se faire en seulement 3,5 secondes : performance rendue possible par un couple de près 140 nm, délivré via une transmission à quatre roues motrices.</p>

<p>Les modèles entièrement électriques devraient offrir jusqu&rsquo;à 350 miles (560 km) d&rsquo;autonomie, les variantes à autonomie étendue (hybride) devraient elle, offrir plus de 500 miles (800 km) d&rsquo;autonomie grâce à un générateur à essence installé sous le capot: c&rsquo;est la grande nouveauté de ce lancement. Sans doute une décision prise à l&rsquo;aune d&rsquo;un marché américain du pick-up électrique qui peine à exploser. Sur 2 600 000 pick-up vendus annuellement aux USA, c&rsquo;est environ 100 000 unités de versions électriques qui ont été commercialisées en 2024.</p>

<p>Le modèle d&rsquo;entrée de gamme des Traveler/Terra seront proposés à partir de 50 000 $ ( en intégrant les&nbsp; incitations US actuelles) soit 60 000 $ hors aides. Tarifs qui ont le temps de changer d’ici 2027.</p>



<p>La plateforme est destinée à offrir des pneus jusqu&rsquo;à 35 pouces. Oui&nbsp;! 35 pouces …</p>



<p>Tous les véhicules Scout utiliseront la norme de charge nord-américaine (NACS, créé par TESLA), une architecture de recharge de 800 volts (V) avec une capacité de charge allant jusqu&rsquo;à 350 kilowatts. Les scouts seront capables de se charger et de fournir de l’électricité ( V2L).</p>
