<p><i><em>A</em></i><em>près la Renault Next-Two, conçue sur base de Zoé, puis les Zoé du Rouen Normandy Autonomous Lab en circulation depuis 2018, voici qu&rsquo;arrive la Zoé Cab, toujours autonome et en expérimentation sur le plateau de Saclay.</em></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Renault Zoé Cab : une Zoé toujours plus autonome</h2>



<p>Ce sont trois Zoé Cab qui circuleront à partir du second semestre 2019 à Saclay pour desservir le Paris Saclay Autonomous Lab. Ce projet, l&rsquo;un des 16 lieux d&rsquo;expérimentation de véhicules autonomes en France, est soutenu par Renault, Transdev, Vedecom, l&rsquo;IRT System X et l&rsquo;université Paris-Saclay. L&rsquo;offre de transport sera complétée d&rsquo;une navette i-Cristal de Lohr, un concurrent des Navya et autres EasyMile. Mais revenons à notre Zoé. </p>



<p>D&rsquo;extérieur, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une Zoé Z.E. 40 « classique », mais sur son flanc droit les deux portières sont remplacées par une immense porte basculante façon Twizy&#8230; qui regroupe les deux portières latérales. Impressionnant ! Elle s&rsquo;élève à la verticale pour offrir un large accès aux trois sièges prévus. L&rsquo;ensemble est élégant avec une teinte bleu et des appuis-tête avec haut-parleurs intégrés et des écrans sont installés au plafonnier pour occuper les passagers pendant le voyage. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Trois Zoé Cab seront accessibles sur le plateau de Saclay</h2>



<p>Le siège et la place conducteur sont préservés mais protégés par une glace des passagers, comme un taxi anglais. C&rsquo;est le cas du modèle exposé à VIVA Tech mais les deux autres sont, à l&rsquo;inverse, sans cette cloison. L&rsquo;ouverture et la fermeture de la porte latérale se fait d&rsquo;un clic sur un bouton. Si l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;environnement passagers de la voiture semble tout droit sorti d&rsquo;un concept-car imaginé au design Renault, la cabine de conduite est rigoureusement la même que celle d&rsquo;une Zoé. Extérieurement enfin, cette Zoé autonome est bardée de capteurs (radars, 6 lidars, caméras, antenne GPS etc.), plus ou moins harmonieusement dissimulés dans la carrosserie (pare-chocs et toiture). A terme, ce sont 4 Zoé qui circuleront sur le plateau de Saclay.</p>



<p>Pour réserver les Zoé Cab, une application Marcel spécifique (comme les VTC électriques parisiens) a été imaginée. Le voyage se fait seul ou à plusieurs, on peut s&rsquo;arrêter à tout moment et l&rsquo;on circule à une vitesse de 30 km/h. Cependant, les voitures ne sont pas en mesure de dépasser des cyclistes ou des piétons, raison pour laquelle un « pilote » est toujours à bord pour reprendre les commandes si besoin. Une expérience grandeur nature, prélude peut-être à d&rsquo;autres déploiements en France.</p>
