<p><em>Le Land Rover Defender 130 sera bientôt le grand-frère des Def&rsquo;, car il sera plus long que le duo déjà lancé de Defender 90 et 110 sur le marché depuis 2020. Objectif : plus de place pour transporter plus de monde et de bagages. Et des prototypes en tests depuis ces derniers mois, à l&rsquo;image de ce modèle rencontré en Seine-et-Marne par l&rsquo;un de nos contributeurs, François Bouet.</em></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Land Rover Defender 130 : bientôt officiel</h2>



<p>On aurait même pu dire « bientôt sur nos routes » mais il y est déjà&#8230; et c&rsquo;est normal : les prototypes suivent leurs essais de validation en conditions réelles d&rsquo;utilisation. Parmi celles-ci, se rendre sur les parkings de supermarché, qui n&rsquo;est probablement pas la plus ardue des missions pour ce gros 4&#215;4 qui passe-partout, bien que la compacité lui fasse défaut. Il s&rsquo;agit en effet du châssis long, 130 en référence au précédent Defender pick-up 130. Le nom reste mais la carrosserie change, le Def 130 sera entièrement carrossé et mesurera jusqu&rsquo;à 5,10 m de long, 30 cm de plus que le Def&rsquo; 110 qu&rsquo;avait pu essayer Thibaut <a href="https://lenouvelautomobiliste.fr/essais/217623/essai-land-rover-defender-d240-the-lord-of-the-rich/" data-type="post" data-id="217623">sur notre site</a>.</p>

<p>Ainsi rallongé, le coffre devrait grimper mais aussi le nombre de places : de 7 à 8 assises au total selon qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de sièges individuels ou de deux banquettes ! Les portières sont rallongées pour permettre l&rsquo;accès au rang 3. Côté moteurs, le 130 jouera la partition de sa fratrie, avec des essence 300 et 525 ch et un hybride rechargeable de 400 ch.
