<p><em>Lancée en 2016, la gamme <strong>Classe E</strong> est maintenant intégralement restylée : après la berline et le break révélés à l&rsquo;occasion du <a href="https://lenouvelautomobiliste.fr/actualites/le-salon-de-geneve-2020-annule-56677/">salon de Genève</a> (qui a finalement été annulé pour cause de coronavirus), c&rsquo;est au tour des <strong>Mercedes Classe E Coupé et Cabriolet restylés</strong> de faire leur entrée. Les changements ne sont pas transcendants, mais ils sont tout de même visibles.</em></p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Mercedes Classe E Coupé et Cabriolet restylés : des changements surtout à l&rsquo;avant</h2>



<p>Si les restylages de la berline et du break <strong>Classe E</strong>, <a href="https://lenouvelautomobiliste.fr/actualites/mercedes-classe-e-facelift-2020-des-changements-visibles-57150/">dévoilés en mars</a>, se remarquaient largement (la berline s&rsquo;étant même payé de nouveaux feux arrière), ceux des versions <strong>Coupé</strong> et <strong>Cabriolet</strong> paraissent un peu moins spectaculaires. La nouvelle calandre reprend la forme en « trapèze » inaugurée précédemment, tandis que les nouveaux phares (plus « pointus » dans leur forme) sont ceux des <strong>Mercedes Classe E</strong> berline et break <strong>restylés</strong>. Le bouclier avant, bien que ressemblant à l&rsquo;ancien, est inédit.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center"><em>Pour l&rsquo;instant, les <strong>Mercedes Classe E Coupé et Cabriolet restylés</strong> ne se montrent qu&rsquo;en version 53 AMG ou avec le pack « sport » extérieur AMG.</em></p>



<p>Ce sont les principales modifications esthétiques à retenir. A l&rsquo;arrière, seules les optiques reçoivent un nouveau traitement. On notera toutefois l&rsquo;apparition de jantes inédites, et de quatre couleurs de carrosserie jamais vues auparavant (Argent hightec, Argent Mojave, Gris Graphite métallisé, Rouge Patagonie &#8211; les deux derniers étant visibles sur les photos).</p>

<p>L’intérieur reste le même. Il se dote néanmoins d’un nouveau volant, disposant de touches tactiles et d&rsquo;une branche également captative. Ces éléments servent à détecter si le conducteur gardent bien ses mains sur le volant, lorsqu&rsquo;il active le mode de conduite semi-autonome. Plus besoin donc, de donner un petit coup de volant pour le signifier. De série, les deux écrans adjacents (correspondant à l’instrumentation et au système de navigation) de la planche de bord font chacun 10,25 pouces, mais peuvent faire 12,3 pouces en option. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Mercedes Classe E Coupé et Cabriolet restylés : quoi de nouveau sous le capot ?</h2>



<p>Le bloc quatre cylindres essence 2.0 de 258 ch des <strong>Mercedes Classe E Coupé et Cabriolet restylés</strong>  se dote d&rsquo;une hybridation légère (<em>mild hybrid</em>). Il reçoit ainsi un « boost » de puissance de 14 ch et 150 Nm, en plus de revoir ses consommations à la baisse. Au-dessus, la version <strong>E 53 AMG</strong> développe 435 ch et 520 Nm de couple, grâce à son six cylindres en ligne de 3.0 l de cylindrée,  lui aussi associé à une hybridation 48 V (+ 22 ch de « boost », et + 250 Nm), favorisant des consommations moins importantes. Mercedes promet par ailleurs un 0 à 100 km/h abattu en 4,5 secondes.</p>
