<p><em>On ne vous apprendra probablement rien en vous rappelant que Citroën célèbre cette année son centenaire. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion pour la marque aux chevrons de regarder en face un passé complexe, parfois difficile, souvent glorieux mais surtout régulièrement décalé, iconoclaste ou tout simplement génial. Un siècle passé c&rsquo;est bien, reste désormais à en passer un autre et c&rsquo;est ce que cherche à faire Citroën avec le concept AMI ONE présenté aujourd&rsquo;hui : se ré-inventer mais aussi, plus ambitieux, ré-inventer la mobilité de demain. AMI ONE en a-t-il les capacités ? Voyons déjà ce qu&rsquo;il nous propose.</em></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Vous avez un nouvel AMI</h3>



<p>Avec le nom de son concept le lien entre passé et avenir est fait. Impossible de ne pas songer à l&rsquo;un des véhicules symboles de Citroën, l&rsquo;Ami6, qui dans les années 1960 et malgré un physique pour le moins déroutant, connue un franc succès. Exit le 6 et retour à la base, le 1, pour notre véhicule du jour mais en conservant un élément commun avec l&rsquo;ancêtre : le physique.</p>



<p>Car déroutant ce concept AMI ONE l&rsquo;est aussi assez fortement. Tout d&rsquo;abord car il ne s&rsquo;agit pas vraiment d&rsquo;une voiture au sens où nous l&rsquo;entendons habituellement (conventionnellement pourrait-on dire) mais d&rsquo;un objet de mobilité. Conçu pour deux personnes, imaginé pour des déplacements urbains rendus de plus en plus complexes pour diverses raisons (engorgements des villes, manque d&rsquo;espaces, pollution, restrictions de circulation multiples&#8230;) il apparait plus comme un jouet que comme un véhicule traditionnel. Un bon point finalement si l&rsquo;on part du principe que sortir des cadres est dans l&rsquo;ADN de Citroën.</p>

<p>Problème, s&rsquo;il se veut novateur, il n&rsquo;est toutefois pas le premier à creuser dans la direction des micro-véhicules à deux places (Twizy, Smart&#8230;) et même à quatre (Isetta, Fiat 500 originelle&#8230;). Qu&rsquo;a-t-il donc en plus pour se démarquer cet AMI numéro 1 ?</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Bel AMI ?</h3>



<p>Commençons par l&rsquo;esthétique dont nous disions plus haut qu&rsquo;elle était quelque peu déroutante. Difficile de le nier, AMI ONE est d&rsquo;un genre disons particulier dont le style, d&rsquo;une part, ne plaira pas à tout le monde et, d&rsquo;autre part, devrait constituer un bon fond de commerce des haters sur le Net. Il est vrai que la compacité extrême de l&rsquo;engin, 2,5 mètres, et ses autres cotes façon cube (1,5 m de largeur pour 1,5 m de hauteur) ne laissent pas toute latitude aux designers. La sensation initiale de boîte sur roues ou de cube à roulettes (des roulettes de 18 pouces cela dit) est indéniable, d&rsquo;autant qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas forcément aisé de distinguer immédiatement l&rsquo;avant de l&rsquo;arrière.</p>

<p>Pour autant, et une fois que la première sensation d&rsquo;étonnement est passée, une analyse stylistique de l&rsquo;engin est loin d&rsquo;être sans intérêt. On y retrouve en effet une foule de petits détails propres aux concepts qui font que notre AMI est bien une authentique Citroën. Phares et feux se répondent en une symétrie volontairement recherchée sur nombre d&rsquo;autres éléments du véhicule, comme les portières, absolument identiques (dont l&rsquo;ouverture est du même coup inversée selon que l&rsquo;on soit conducteur ou passager), les bas de caisse, les ailes ou même les rétroviseurs pensés conjointement avec les poignées d&rsquo;ouverture. L&rsquo;objectif ? Simplifier le processus de fabrication et ainsi pouvoir influer aussi sur les coûts de production. AMI ONE est du genre vertueux.</p>

<p>On remarquera aussi que, sous ses atours apparemment simplistes, AMI ONE dissimule qui des rappels à la gamme actuelle, qui des gimmicks de design à venir. La signature lumineuse en est un, reprise du concept C-Xperience elle annonce une forme qui sera généralisée sur les futures Citroën. Mais un œil averti aura aussi prêté attention aux persiennes reprises de la C3 Aircross, aux chevrons creusés des bas de caisse reprenant le dessin originel du logo et même aux Airbumps plus ou moins revisités dans le pare-choc.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">A bord c&rsquo;est plus AMI TWO</h3>



<p>AMI ONE se partage effectivement à deux. Pas plus. Mais ces deux amis se sentiront à l&rsquo;aise dans cet habitacle grâce justement à la forme cubique du véhicule. Une forme subtilement rappelée par ailleurs via les motifs des tapis de sol et des sièges qui évoqueront immanquablement le jeu vidéo vintage Q-Bert aux plus anciens d&rsquo;entre-vous.</p>

<p>L&rsquo;ambiance de l&rsquo;intérieur se veut en tout cas minimaliste et ludique. Tout est enjoué et tout est simplifié. C&rsquo;est en particulier la cas du combiné d&rsquo;instrumentation qui ne se résume qu&rsquo;à un simple écran de 5 pouces et qui surplombe un volant rectangulaire et des commodos très Citroën dont la forme et le positionnement ne sont pas sans évoquer les Visa, CX ou BX. On remarquera la touche high-tech bienvenue puisque au-dessus du combiné il est possible de positionner son smartphone et de le transformer en afficheur tête haute délivrant notamment les informations du GPS. Malin.</p>

<p>Tout le reste de l&rsquo;habitacle fait la part belle à l&rsquo;espace, pour les utilisateurs (seul le conducteur peut ajuster son siège, le passager se retrouve ainsi en quinconce ce qui dégage de l&rsquo;espace aux épaules) comme pour leurs affaires, notamment via un petit coffre arrière ou le rangement important face au siège passager pouvant accueillir un bagage cabine. Et puis il y a un toit ouvrant et ça c&rsquo;est CAPITAL !</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">AMI pour la vi(lle)</h3>



<p>Mais AMI ONE c&rsquo;est surtout un concept de mobilité pensé pour vous rendre la vie plus simple au cœur d&rsquo;un espace qui lui ne l&rsquo;est pas du tout : la ville, qui portera ici idéalement le nom de jungle urbaine. Sans surprise AMI ONE est intégralement taillé pour cet espace, ce que sa taille révèle immédiatement. Tout aussi logiquement, et nécessairement dans l&rsquo;air du temps, cette Citroën adopte une motorisation électrique offrant une centaine de kilomètres d&rsquo;autonomie (rechargeable en deux heures) pour un maximum de 45 km/h. De quoi lui permettre d&rsquo;accéder à tous ces endroits où un véhicule thermique ne posera bientôt plus un seul pneu.</p>

<p>Précisément, c&rsquo;est face à la difficulté croissante de se déplacer dans les villes qu&rsquo;AMI ONE se pose en alternative. Sa botte secrète ne réside en effet pas uniquement dans son format mais bien plus dans son concept de mobilité. Un concept voulu global qui passe par une simplicité d&rsquo;utilisation (la motorisation électrique, la taille du véhicule), un accès à tous ou presque (AMI ONE peut devenir votre ami dès 14 ans en France puisqu&rsquo;il se conduit sans permis) et surtout une disponibilité sur mesure.</p>



<p>Le concept AMI ONE se double en effet d&rsquo;un concept d&rsquo;usage de la voiture offrant à l&rsquo;utilisateur la possibilité de choisir entre auto-partage, location ou achat. Il s’appelle ONE mais le principe tourne lui autour du chiffre CINQ puisque Citroën présente les différentes possibilités en temps : 5 minutes, 5 heures, 5 jours, 5 mois ou 5 ans. Concrètement, il est possible de réserver et d&rsquo;utiliser un AMI ONE (via l&rsquo;offre d&rsquo;autopartage de la plateforme de PSA Free2Move) dans un lieu donné et pour un temps donné, de le louer pour seulement quelques jours (via Citroën Rent &amp; Smile), de s&rsquo;engager sur une durée plus longue ou, bien entendu, d&rsquo;en devenir propriétaire. Le tout intégralement en ligne via une application dédiée permettant aussi de gérer son véhicule et ses déplacements au mieux.</p>

<p>AMI ONE n&rsquo;est donc pas simplement un objet un peu abscons, il est bien un concept permettant à Citroën de réfléchir sur la mobilité future dans sa globalité. Reste que s&rsquo;il annonce beaucoup de pistes ou d&rsquo;idées plus ou moins réalistes il ne devrait pas passer du concept à la série. Tant mieux dirons certains, dommage penseront les autres mais qui sait ? Citroën c&rsquo;est aussi 100 ans de surprises&#8230;</p>

<p><em>Abarth, la marque au scorpion et division sportive de Fiat, fête cette année ses 70 ans. Le constructeur italien nous propose pour l’occasion une série spéciale transversale à sa petite gamme, composée des 595, 124 Spider et 124 GT. Et pour l’appellation, je vous le donne en mille&nbsp;: «&nbsp;70’s anniversary&nbsp;». </em></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Abarth&nbsp;: 70 ans de Scorpion</h3>



<p>Non, le groupe de rock allemand n’est pas si veux que cela, bien que formé dès 1965. On parle ici d’Abarth, la marque fondée par Carlo Abarth (1908 – 1979), pilote de moto puis pilote automobile autrichien, devenu citoyen italien à partir de 1945. Quatre ans plus tard, Carlo Abarth fonde son entreprise, Abarth &amp; C., et devient préparateur automobile, commercialisant des kits de pièces faisant le bonheur de nombreux Fangio en herbe capables de mettre les mains dans le cambouis. Des centaines de milliers de kits d’échappement ont ainsi été produites par l’entreprise.</p>



<p>Abarth s’attaque à des préparations de plus en plus fouillées sur les Fiat Abarth 750 Zagato en 1956 puis la Fiat 500 en 1958. Il est amusant de noter qu’à cette époque, c’est le fils du président américain Franklin Roosevelt qui distribue Abarth aux USA.</p>

<p>A partir de 1971, Fiat acquiert Abarth et en fait son label sportif&nbsp;: Autobianchi A112 Abarth, Fiat Ritmo Abarth ou encore Fiat 131 Abarth, qui a donné une couronne de champion du monde des rallyes à Fiat. Plus près de nous, le label a aussi été apposé sur les Fiat Stilo 5 cylindres avant de devenir une marque à part entière avec l’arrivée des Abarth Grande Punto en 2007 puis Abarth 500 en 2008. De nombreux dérivés de la 500 sont apparus sur le marché (Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari, 595 Yamaha Factory Racing, 695 Biposto Record, 695 Rivale…) tandis que la Grande Punto n’a pas su éclipser les Clio, 208 ou Fiesta dans la catégorie des citadines sportives. Abarth a ensuite profité de la Fiat 124 Spider, basée sur la Mazda MX-5, pour étoffer sa gamme. D’ailleurs, avec 23&nbsp;500 voitures vendues en Europe, Abarth se vante d’une hausse de 36 % de ses volumes. Pas mal quand on n’a que deux modèles dont un qui est né il y a plus de 10 ans…</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Des séries spéciales sur toute la gamme</h3>



<p>Les 595 et 124 Spider sont donc disponibles en version «&nbsp;70th Anniversary&nbsp;». La première est disponible en 595, 595 Competizione et 595 Turismo, toutes flanquées d’un badge anniversaire. La version de base se dote du 1.4 145 ch (Euro 6 D-temp), la Turismo propose le moteur 165 ch, tandis que la version Competizione offre le bloc 180 ch dépollué et un équipement plus complet (Uconnect avec télémétrie, freins Brembo, baquets Sabelt…).</p>

<p>Du côté de l’Abarth 124 Spider, toute la gamme est également disponible&nbsp;: 124 Spider, 124 Turismo et 124 GT. Cette dernière se dote d’un hardtop en fibre de carbone, de jantes 17 pouces OZ et d’un capot noir mat. Les autres versions disposent également du bloc MultiAir de 170 ch (250 Nm de couple) pour une masse de 1060 kg. Là encore, on retrouve une décoration spécifique grimée «&nbsp;70th Anniversary&nbsp;». Les tarifs ne sont pas encore communiqués, tandis que les voitures ont été présentées à Monte Carlo.</p>

<p>Peu de coloris sont proposés&nbsp;: Blanc Turini 1975, Rouge Costa Brava 1972 du côté des teintes vernies et Noir San Marino 1972, Bleu Hessen 1972 et Gris Alpi Orientali 1974 du côté des métallisées. </p>



<p>Les Abarth, c’est un peu comme la Fiat 500&nbsp;: les ventes progressent et l’animation ne se fait que par le biais de séries spéciales. Fiat aurait tort de se priver.</p>
